KNOW All ME~I BY THESE PRESENTS, that First Fecieral S~vings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corpo~ation under
the iaws of the United States of Ame~ica, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Charles B. Matthews
and Bthel M. Matthews, his wife, dated October 17, 1966 , and reco~ded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in O.R. Book 157, on page s
365-366 , securing the payment of the surn of Six Thousand, Five Hundred and no/100-----------
Dollars(~6,500.00 )
covering propery in the County of St. Lucie , Florida, dotli hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebteuness evidenced by said mortgage and ihe note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quittlaim all right, title and interest conveyed hy said mortgage in
and to the premises described the~ein, and doth hereby direct iF~e Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
