of a certain Mortgage Deed executed by ARMANDE FORGET, a
widow and surviving spouse of Conrad Forget, deceased,
ROGER POITRAS and JANINE C. POITRAS, his wife; LOUIS C.
FORGET and JOAN H. FORGET, his wife; RAYMOND LAGACE and
PIERRETTA LAGACE, his wife; JOHI~1 C. FORGET and GWEN FORGET,
his wife; and GERALD DUROCHER and TI~RESA DUROCHER, his wife,
to HENRY J. KRESS and MARIE S. KRESS, his wife, bearing date
the 29th day of December, 1965, recorded in Official Record
Book 136, page 351, in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court of St. Lucie County, State of Florida, securing one
certain note in the principal amount of FIFTEEN THOUSAND AND
NO/100 ($15,000.00) Dollars, and certain promises and obliga-
tions set forth in said Mortgage Deed, upon the property
situate in said State and County described ~s follows, to
wit:
That part of the S~ of the SW'~ of Section
~--33, Township 35 South, Range 39 East, lying
Easterly and Southerly of Eleven Mile Creek.
hereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of said-
note and Mortgage Deed, and surrender the same as cancelled,
and hereby direct the Clerk of said Circuit Court to cancel
the same of record.
