more fully described as follows, to-wit; Begin at the
Northeast corner of the aforesaid tract, thence turn and
run south along the east line of said tract, 530 feet
to the point of beginning of the tract hereinafter des-

thence turn and run west 300 feet to a point; thence
turn and run north 140 feet to a point; thence turn and
