BEFORE ME, the undersigned Notary Public, personally
appeared INEZ J. WOLFE, who being by me first duly sworn, deposes
and says:
1. That she is the surviving spouse of JOEL A. WOLFE
who died a resident of Tulsa County, Oklahoma, on December 8, 1966
as shown by r.e~--e~ Certif icate of Death dated December 15 , 1966
~ of which a copy is attached hereto and made a part hereof;
2. That said JOEL A. WOLFE and your Deponent were
husband and wife on February 21, 1962, the date ~f a certain war-
ranty deed from GENERAL DEVELOPMENT INVESTORS PLANS, INC. to
JOEL A. WOLFE and INEZ J. WOLFE, his wife, as tenants by the entirety~
which deed was recorded in Official Records Booic 31, Page 538, St.
Lucie County Records, and that the marriage of your Deponent and said
JOEL A. WOLFE was continuous and without interruption from the date
of said deed until the date of his death on December 8, 1966.
