Grantors, to GEORGE E. GOFF and JOANNA G. GOFF, his wife, whose post

office address is 3203 North Indiar. River Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida,
' hereinafter called the Grantees:
W I T N E S S E T H:
THAT the Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten
Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, aliens, remises,
rPleases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantees, all that certain
land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-~~it:
Lot 3, according to Plat of R. N. KOBLEGARD'S SUB-
DIVISION of part of part of Section 28, Township
34 South, R~nqe 40 East. This lot of land is 60
feet wide and extends from the Indian River on the
East to the Florida East Coast Railway right-fo-way
on the West, and lies directly south of and adjoin-
ina a tract of land owned by Charles S. Smiley, known
as Lot 2 of the above described plat.
Together with riparian rights.
THIS is a corrective deed correctinc* that deed recorded in ~R Boak
149 at Page 243 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonr-ing or in anywise appertaininr.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
AND the grantors hereby covenant with said Grantees that the
Grantors are lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that the
Grantors have good riaht and lawful authority to sell and convey said
land; that the Grantors hereby fully warrant the title to said land
and will defend the same against the law~ul claims of aZl pers~~ns whom-
soever; and that said land is free of all encumberances, except taxes
accruing subsequent to December 31, 1967.
