This lot of land is 60 feet wide and extends from the Indian River on the East to the Florida East Coast Railway right-fo-way on the West, and lies directly south of and adjoin- ina a tract of land owned by Charles S. Smiley, known as Lot 2 of the above described plat. Together with riparian rights. THIS is a corrective deed correctinc* that deed recorded in ~R Boak 149 at Page 243 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonr-ing or in anywise appertaininr. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
