A.D., 1968, by GEORGT S. GOFF, an unmarried man, and JOANNA G.
GOFF, an unmarried woman, hereinafter called the grantors to
FRANK M. APPLTsBY, as Trustee, whose postoffice address is P. O.
Box ?60, Vero Beach, Florida, hereinafter called the grantee:
WITNESSETH: That the grantors, for and in consideration
of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell,
aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the grantee,
all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 2 as
shown on "Plat of Koblegards Subdivision of that
part of Lot 4 Russell•s Subdivision of Section 28,
Township 34 South, Range 40 East", as recorded in
Plat Book 1, page 3?, St. Lucie County Public
Records: run Southeasterly along the right-of-way
of the Florida East Coast Railroad to the inter-
section with the South line of the North 29.5 feet
of Lot 4; thence East along the South line of the
North 29.5 feet of said Lot 4, a distance of 1149
feet ~o~e or less to the West sbore of the Indian
River; thence meandering the shore line of said
Indian Itiver in a. Northwesterly direction to the
intersection with a line 100 feet North of and
parallel to the South line of said Lot 2; thence
West 27 feet more or less to a concrete monument;
