THIS WARRANTY D~ED Made the 20th day o~ January ~
A.D., 1968, by FRANK M. APPL~SBY, Individually and as Trustee,
joined by LOIS W. APPLEBY, his wife, hereinafter called the
grantors to G~ORGT E. GOFF and JOANNA G. GOFF, as 3oint tenants
with right of survivorship and not as tenants in common, whose
postoff ice add~'ess is 230 Raulerson Building, Ft. Pierce, Florida,
hereinafter called the grantees:
WITNESSETH; That the grantors, for and in consideration
of the sum of $10.00 and other vaiuable considerations, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell,
aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the grantees,
f all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 2 as

River; thence meandering the shore line of said
