THIS QUIT-CLAIM DEED, Txecuted this20th day of January,
A.D., 1968, by GEORGTs T. GOFF, first party, to JOANNA G. GOFF,
whose postoffice address is 3203 North Indian kiver Drive, St.
Lucie Village, Ft. Pierce, Florida, second party:
WITNESSETH, That the said first party, ior and in con-
sideration of the sum of $10.00, in hand paid by the said second
party, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby
remise, release and quit-claim unto the said sec~nd party forever,
all the right, title, interest, claim and demanu-which the said
first party has in and to the following described lot, piece or
parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie,
State of Florida, to wit:
From the Southwest corner of Lot 2 of Koblegard's
Subdivision, of that part of Lot 4, of Russell's
Subdivision of Section 28, Township 34 South,
Range 40 East, as recorded in Plat Book 1,
page 37, St. Lucie County Public ~ecords, run
Southeasterly along said Florida ~ast Coast '
Railroad right-of-way to a point of intersection
with the South line of the North 29.5 feet of
Lot 4; thence run East along the South line of the
North 29.5 feet of said Lot 4 a distance of 735
