on or placed iherein, including all apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles, whether in single unifs or cen-
trally controlled, used to supply heat, gas, air condifioning, water, tight, power, refrigeration, ventiliation or
other services, and any other thing now or hereafter therein or thereon, ihe furnishi~g of which by lesso?s
