SUBORDINATION AND NON-DISTURBANCE AGREEMENT

I. SUBORDINATION: ~
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of a loan or advances
& of Florida
made or to be made by Walter E. Heller/Company~o~c/, a
corporation (hereinafter called Lender), to Burton Smith
Groves, Inc. (hereinafter called Borrower) for the crop
season 1967-1968, and all other indebtedness from loans
or advances heretofore made by I.ender to Borrower, and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) paid to the
~i undersigned, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,

V pany, a co-partnership, dated June 20, 1962, (hereinafter

called instrument owned by undersigned), and recorded on

- the 21st day of June, 1962, in O. R. Book 39, at page 291

` in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Saint

I,ucie County, Florida, does hereby postpone and subordinate

the lien, operation and effect of instrument owned by under-
signed on all of the real estate, crops, or other products
of the land described in tlie security instrument executed
by Borrower to Lender, in favor of said loan or advances
and/or indebtedness until March 1, 1969, at which time this
subordination shall terminate, provided the above mentioned
Company of Florida
loan to Walter E. Hellefxx3c~tx shall have been paid in full.
