1. That the undersigned, without first obtaining
written consent of I,ender, will take no action of any
nature whatsoever that will in any way disturb Borrower's
possession of the property owned by Borrower described in
said instrument executed by Borrower to Lender prior to the
harvesting of the crops, for the crop year or season here-
inabove specified.
2. That the undersigned will not transfer instru-
ment owned by undersigned without first giving Lender notice
in writing of such transfer and giving the transferee notice
in writing of the terms of this agreement.
3. That this instrument shall be binding upon the
personal representatives, heirs, legatees, devisees, or
successors and assignees of undersigned, and will inure to
the benefit of Borrower and Lender and their personal re-
presentatives, heirs, legatees, devisee or successors and
assigns.
~ 4. This non-disturbance agreement shall terminate
on March l, 1969, provided the above mentioned loan from
& Company of Florida
