KNOW ALL ME~1 8Y THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal S~vings and loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the United St3tes of Ame~ica, the owner of a ce~tain mortgage given by NoYth Shore ConstruCtion
Corporation, a Florida Corporation dated June 19, ~959 , and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in eook 157 on page
29 , sec~ring the payment of the sum of Five Thousand Four Hundred and no/100---------

has received full payment of the indebtec;ness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby

and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
