WHEREAS, Ray, individually, owns or has an interest in
real property in the Northern part oP Broward County, Florida, and
~n the Atlantic Ocean in St. Lucie C~unty, Florida; a snareholder's
interest in Pompano Golf Course Estates, Inc., a Florida c~rporation, '
which owns real property in the Northern part of Broward County, Florida;
mortgages encumbering real property in the Northern part of Broward
County, Florida and in Okeechobee County, Florida; a partnership in~erest
with J. Frank Broome in BlueYield Dairies, conducting a dairy business
in St. Lucie County, Florida; and also a checking account in the Cit-
ize.ns National Bank oP West Hollywood with his m~ther, Linda F. Johnson,
co-partners, trading and doing business as Deer-Pom Dairy; and
WI~REAS, Ray is the owner of liYe insurance p~licies in-
. suring the lives oY their three daughters in the anount of ~l,OGO.OC
each, issued by Southern Farm Bureau Life Insurance Company, and in-
. suring the life of their son in the amount of $S,OOO.OG issued by
Liberty National Life Insurance Company, and insuring Ray's liPe in
j the amounts of $100,000.00 and $50,OC0.00 issued by Metropolitan Life
- Insurance Company and Prudential Life Insurance Company respectively,
(and possibly other life insurance); and .

WI~REAS, unhappy and unreconcilable differences have arisen
between Ray and Marilynn, which they have Yor several years unsuccess-
fully endeav~red to reconcile, by reason of whicn they have heretofore,
on several occasions, separated and lived separate and apart from each
~tner, but said children have been and are residing with N:arilynn and '
Ray has voluntarily contributed to the support of ~Iarilynn and said

childrer.; and
WHEREAS, the parties hereto are desirous oY entering ~nto
