of said children, the rights of visitation of parties hereto with
said children, the support of Marilynn, and are further desirous
of entering into an agreement under which they ~ay hereaf~er live
separate and apart from each other for the mutual benefit oi" each
other and their children, and to provide for the settlen:ent o; the~r
rights, title and interest in and to real and personal propert~ helc
by them as tenants by the entirety, as ~oint tenants and indi.vidually.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants, agree-
ments, payments and conveyances hereinafter set forth, whicr, tne
parties hereto agree to be fair, reasonable and equita~le, tne
parties hereto do hereby mutually agree as follows; .
l.a~ That Marilynn shall have custody and control o= all
four of said minor children at all times, except that Ray s'r.a11 have
the rights to visit said children, or such of them as desire to dc so,
and to have said children visit with him, if they so desire, for the
first and third full Saturday and Sunday weekends of eac:~ mc:~tn, ar,d
one month during each summer when the children are out of scnool,
but such visitations shall occur in such manner as to not unduly
interfere with their education. Ray shall notify Marilynn no later
than 6:00 o'clock P.M. on the Wednesday preceding such z'irs~ ana
third full weekends that he desires to visit said chilnren or 'r.a~ e ~
tnem visit with him, so that such children may be availa:.~e ~or sucn
visitation. Insofar as the custody, control ann visita~icn of s~cr.
minor children are concerned, each of the parties hereto a~ 'r.e: e~~-
