The Husband further agrees to pay to the Wife as alimony, until she remarries, the sum of Twc Hundred Fifty Dollars (~250.00) per month, payable in semi-monthly ii~stallments on or bei'ore the lOth and 25th day of each and every month after the date hereof. 4. Marilynn and said ch~ldren shall have the righ~~to con- tinue occupying said Parcel 1 until June 1, 1968, and she hereby agrees to pay to Ray the sum of Two Hundred Dollars (~200.00~ per month there- for payable semi-monthly on the lOth and 25th day of each and every month hereaf ter through May 31, 1968; One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00~ of which shall be paid out of the ~aid child support payments and Fifty Dollars ($50.00~ of which shall be pai~ out of Marilynn's alimony payment. . 5. Ray and Marilynn agree that simultaneously with the entry of a Final Judgment of Divorce in the hereinapove-mentioned - suit, Marilynn shall convey to Ray al.l oi' ;~izrilynn' ~ ~ ight, titie and :.nterest in and to said Parcels 1 and 2(sub~ect only to the right of ' herself and said c':Lldren and continue occupying said Parcel 1 until June 1, 1968, paying.therefor the sum of Two Hundred Dollars ~($200.00~ per month~, and that Ray shall make, execute. and deliver to Marilynn his nego~iable promissory note in the amount of . Ninety Thousand Dollars ($90,000.00~ with interest at the rate of i four per cent ~4~~ per annum on the unpaid balances of the principal. ~ Said principal shall be payable on or before ten (10}~years after tne date thereof. Said promissory note shall be secured by purchase money mortgage which shall be a first mortgage as to Parcel No. I and a third mortgage ~sub~ect to first mortgage held by Federal Land Bank of Columbia, and a second mortgage held by the Citizens National ~ Bank of West Hollywood} as to Parcel No. 2.
