or Parcel 2, or the refinancing of mortgages thereon, or in collect-
ing the payments upon the Harvey mortgage herein mentioned, Marilynn
hereby agrees that Robert B. Butler shall be permitted as her agent
to determine, from time to time, whether she will accept ot:~er sec•.zrity
in part or in fu~.~, as collateral for the payrnent by Ray of nis proalissory
note to Marilynn, in lieu of or partially in lieu of the nortgage deed
Prom Ray to Marilynn which is to be given as security for his pro~issory
note to her, or to substitute security other than the riarvey mortgage
for Ray~s obligation to pay an existing encumbrance held by Federal
Land Bank oP Columbia and Citizens National~Bank of West Hollywood.
ADDENDA to Paragraph 2.a)
~larilynn agrees to furnish Ray records sufPicient for Internal Re•?enue
Service purposes as to payments of inedical care, and major medical
~ insurance premiums for said children since said items are to be paid
out of child support money furnished by Ray and Por which ne is~enti~~ed

to a deduction for income tax purposes.
