Bluefield Dairies, and Ray nereby agrees t~ protect and save har~less
and indemnify Marilynn Por any sums which shz riay be called upon to pay
in connection therewith, and in the event she shall be required to pay
out of her own funds any sums due upon such encu.cnbrances, she shall
thereupon be subrogated to the rignts of the holder ~r holders of the
notes secured thereby.
7. Marilynn is to transYer to Ray all of her interesL in any
life insurance policies upon Ray or said children. Ray agrees to continue
in effect and pay premiums upon such insurance policies as he may now
own and as Marilynn shall have transferred to him, ~?7itn the benef iciaries
thereof to be said children, equally. At such time as Ray shall make ~ne
or more o~ said policies equaling ~50,000.00 Pace value a paid-up policy
or policies naming said children, or the survivors o~ then, equally, as
irrevocable benePiciaries, and assign the same to Robert B. Butler as
Trustee for said children or the survivors oY them, then Ray shall ae free
to continu~ in force, assign or terminate or change beneficiaries on

the remaining policies. The existing policy in which J. rranic Broome ~
and/or his wife is named as benePiciaries shall remain the sane or may
be terminated at any time as Ray so desires.

8. Ray agrees to transYer his interest in said Cadillac to
N•arilynn and Marilynn agrees to transfer any interest she may have in ~
said Pontiac to Ray.
9. Marilynn has heretofore stated to Ray that she now cor,-
templates amending the pleadings in the above-mentioned suit, to request

the Court to grant her a divorce,and to iritr~duce this agreement, or a copy
thereoP, into evidence, and to incorporate the same in any f~na~ ;;udg.:~ent
entered therein. Husband agrees to pay to Wife's attorneys, E11~s,Spencer
and Butler, the sum of $ ~c• , and the Court costs in the ab~ve ~G~:~l l~.ioned
suit.
