Except as provided herein, the parties hereto each hereby waive any and all right in the estate of the other, and forever quit-claim any and all right to share in the property of the other by laws of descent and distribution, and the Las~ Will and Testament of the other. Each o~ said parties hereby waives any and all rights of homestead in the real property of ~r~z other, and waives any and all right to the estate, or any in~erest in the estate of the other for a family allowance or by way of inherita^ce. From the date of this agreement to the end of the world, ~uch waivers of each in the estate of the other shall be ef~ec~ive, and tr,ey shall have all the rights of single persons and maintair, such relationships toward each other. 12. That each of said parties have fully and co::~pletely disclosed and informed each other of the financial and personal status of the other, and each of them has had, and now has, ~he opportunity to obtain advices of counsel in the above-mentioned cause, and concerning this agreement. Marilynn has retained 'ner said attorneys to advise her concerning said cause and this agree- ~ ment; however, Ray has not obtained rep~?esentation with reference to said suit, and has elected to rely upon his own personal ann business ~udgment concerning this agreement. Each of t:~e par~ies ~i hereto has given full, careful and mature thought to the making o~ this agreement between them, and all of the ool~gations herein con- tained, and each of the parties understand that the du~ies and obligations assumed by the other are so assumed with the express understanding and agreement that they are in full satisfaction of all obligations which each of said parties have to the other, or otherwise have toward the other, except as set fortn herein. 13.
