ing such custody and property rights.
14. In the event that a~udgment of divorce is granted in
any suit between the parties nereto, the prov3sions herein contained,
shall be in lieu of alimony, support, or any attorr.ey~s fees and
Court costs except as set forth herein, and other rights in the
property or other rights in the property or estate of the other.
15. Either party shall have the right to dispose oz'' his
or her respective property by Last Will and Testament, or o~herwise,
with the same force and effect .as if the parties were ur.r:larried; ar.d
the estate of either, whether real, personal or mixeci, shall go anci
belong to the person or persons who would have become er.titled there-
to, if the survivor had predeceased ~he other, and both parties fur-
ther agree that they will permit any Will of the other to be probated,
and in the event that either shall die intestate, will allow the
administration to be taken out by persons wro would 'nave been
entitled thereto had the survivor predeceased the intestate or ;
Lestate. ~
16. It is further understood and agreed that each party, ~
upon the request of the~other,~will promptly execute any and all '
documents of any and every kind or character for ~he oth~r which
may be necessary or proper to carry out the covenan~s and terms herein.
17. This agreement shall be exhibi~ed, entered into evidence
in any suit for divorce £iled by the parties nereto, ann incorpora~en
in the Final Judgment of Divorce which may be entered concernirg the
marriage relationship of tne parties hereto.
