RESOLVED, that the President or any Vice-President of PUBLIC
SERVICE MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY is hereby authorized and
empowe red to appoint Attorneys -in-Fact with full powe r and authority to
execute civil and criminal bail bonds on behalf of ~he Company, and to
certify a copy of this resolution as well as a financial statement of the
Company and affix the corporate seal of the Company thereunto.
RESOLVED further, that the signature of the President or any Vice-
President of PUBLIC SERVICE MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY may be
affixed by facsimile to any power of attorney, and the signature of the
Secretary or any Assistant Secretary and the seal of the Company may be
affixed by facsimile to any certificate of such power, and any such power
or certificate bearing such facsimile signature or seal shall be valid and
binding on the Company. Any such power so executed and sealed and certi-
fied by certificate so executed and sealed shall with respect tQ any bond to
which it is attached continue to be valid and binding ugon the Company.

INSURANCE COMPANY, do hereby certify that the foregoing is a true anci
correct copy of a resolution adopted at a meeting of the Board of Directors ;
of the Company held on June 1966 at which a quorum was present and ~
voting, and that GEI~TE BIUPELIS is a duly qualified
Attorney-in-Fact of PUBLIC SERVICE MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY ~
and authorized and empowexed to execute civil and criminal bail bonds on
its behalf. I certify further that PUBLIC SERVICE MUTUAL INSURANCE
COMPANY is duly and legally authorized to transact business in the State
of Florida and has complied wi±h and is now complyirig with the provisions
of the Act of Congress of August 13, 1894~an~;t~l~isurance Laws of the ;
