Together with all structures and improvements now and hereafter on said land. and Eixtures attached thereto,
and all rents, issues. proceeds, and profits accruing and to accrue from said premises, all of which are included
within the foregoing description and the habendum thereoE; also all gas, steam, electric, water, and other heating,
~ cooking, refrigerating, lighting, plumbing, ventilating. irrigating, and power systems, machines, appliances. fix-
~ tures, and appurtenances, which now are or may hereafter pedain to, or be used with, in, or on said premises, even
though they be detached or detachable.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurte-

part thereof; that the land is and will remain free from all encumbrances; that said mortgagor will make such further
