KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal S~vings and loan Association of Forf Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Bugene V. Campbell and
Grace S. Catnpbell, his wife, dated March 8, 19 62 , and ~ecorded
~n the public recorcls of St. Lucie County, Florida, in O. R. ~Book 31, on pages
521-522 , seturin~ the payment of the sum of Three Thousand and no/100.---------------------

covering property in the County of St. Lucie , Florida, dotli hereby acknowledge thai it
has received full payment of the indebteuness evidenced by said ~~ortgage and ihe note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mo~tgage in
and to the premises described therein, ~nd doth hereby airect the Clerk of the C+rcut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
