ings are not to include bed linens, table linens, silver-
ware, per sonal clothing, per sonal items or hand tools
belonging to the parties of the first part.
NOTE: A certain mortgage deed, dated February 5, 1968, encumbering the
above-described lots and lands, given by ARCHIE N. CALHOUN and JESSIE A.
CALHOUN, his wife, to the FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN aSSOCIATION OF
FORT PIERCE, Fort Pierce, Florida, to secure payment of a certain promis
sory note in the amount of six thousand dollars ($6,000.00), has been re
corded in O.R. Book 170, at page 1214, of the public records of St. Luci
County, Florida.
