KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS
That HALSEY & GRIFFITH, INC. A Corporation, whose address is 313 ~
Datura Street, West Palm Beach, Florida, has this day leased to
Briargate Corporation whose address is P. 0. Box 45~
Ft. Pierce, Fle. certain chattels described as follows, to-wit:
i- Olivetti Quanta 20 Adder # 99276746

at a rental of $ per month, for a term of 10 months, the first
pavment to be made on thei6thdav of Nov. , 1967, and a like sum
thereafter on the same day cf each succeeding month.
The conditions of the lease are:
1) That Lessee shall pay said rental premptl}? as it becomes due.
2) That Lessee shall use said rental property in a normal
manner and keep the same in go~d condition and repair it at all
times, ordinary wear and tear alone excepted, and Lessor shall
have access at any reasonable time for the purpose of inspecting
said property.
3) This lease cannot be assigned or the property sublet
without written consent of Lessor.
4) Lessee agrees that he (she, it or they) shall be responsible
for any and all loss or damage by fire, wind or other casualty.
5) Lessee agrees to keep the property in St. Lucie County,
Florida, at the following address P. 0. Box 450, Ft. Pierce, Ff~.
and net to remove the same without written notice to Lessor of _
the new location for the leased property. ~
Failure to pay any installment of rent when due or failur~
to keep and perform either items (2) to (5), inclusive, aforesaid,
shall c~nstitute a breach of this contract and Lessee agrees in
case of such rreach to immediately turn over peacably to Lessor
the leased pro~erty.
Lessee shall have an option to purchase the leased property
at anr time after paying at least 3 monthly payments on this lease,
provided all payments have been made when due and all covenants
hereof have been kept by Lessee, such purchase price to be the
full amount of the agreed rental less a credit of 90 ger cent of
all money ~aid bv wav of rental.
Th~s lease ma~~ be cancelled by Lessee at any time upon ten
~davs vrritten notice, grovided all past due rental shall have been
Faid, and provided at least 3 rental payments have been r~ade,;
and the leased propertv returned to Halsev Griffith, Inc. in
the condition set out in (2) above.
This lease shall continue until such time as Lessee shall '
~ have terminated the sarr.e, either bv exercise of the option to
~ purchase aforesaid, or by notice as above provided. ;
