A Corporation, whose address is 31; Datura Street, West Palm Beach, Florida, has this day leased to Briargate Corporation whose address is p. 0. Box 450 Ft. Pierce Fla. certain chattels described as follows, to-wit: 1 - ~411 M~meograph ~~$$20l~ at a rental of ~ 22•~r month, for a term of lp months, the first pavment to be made on the 1$t~av of Januar~ 19 6~ and a like sum thereafter on the same da.y cf each succeeding month. ! The conditions of the lease are: 1) That Lessee shall pav said rental promptl}~ as it becomes due. 2) That Lessee shall use said rental groperty in a normal manner and keep the same in good condition and repair it at all times, ordinary wear and tear alone excepted, and Lessor shall have access at any reasonable time for the purpose of inspecting said roperty. 3~ This lease cannot be assigned or the property sublet without written consent of Lessor. 4) Lessee agrees that he (she, it or they) shall be responsible for any and all loss or damage by fire, wind or other casualty. 5) Lessee agrees to keep the property in St. Lucie County, Florida, at the following address P. 0. Bo= 45~ ~ and nct to remove the same without written notice to Lessor of the new location for the leased property. Failure to pay any installment of rent when due or failure to keeg and perform either items (2) to (5~, inclusive, aforesaid, shall constitute a breach of this contract and Lessee agrees in case of such ~reach to immediately turn over peacably to Lessor the leased property. Lessee shall have an oFtion to purchase the leased property at am? time a£ter paying at least 3 monthly payments on this lease, provided all ~ayments have been made when due and all covenants hereof have been kept by Lessee, such purchase price to be the full amount of the agreed rental less a credit of 90 ger cent of all money Faid bv wav of rental.
