QUIT CLAIM DEED 1
THIS QUIT-CLAIM DEED, executed this ~ day of February,
A. D, 1968, by LAURA H. CASPER, the unremarried widow of Joseph
Casper, deceased, first party, to ZERELDA F, MURPHY whose mailing C`.y .
address is Star Route, Jensen Beach, Florida, second party;

WHEREAS, Grantor and her deceased husband by warranty deed dated

of St. Lucie County, Florida, conveyed the hereinafter described real pro- \
perty to Casa Collier and Anna May Collier, his wife, subject to restrictions,
reservations, covenants and easements as follows:
That no apartment house, double house, duplex house,
flat, lodging house, hotel, store building, hospital,
tourist camp, trailer camp, nor any other buildi~~g or
structure whatsoever other than a first class private
residence to be designed and used by one family only
with the customary out-buildings, including automobile
garage and servants quarters, shall be erected, placed '
or permitted on said premises or any part thereof; and
said premises shall be used and occupied by persons of
the Caucasian race only, not excluding bona fide servants
of any race, serving the owners only; and that in the
event this covenant and agreement shall not be strictly
€ adhered to, the title to said property shall immediately
revert to the parties of the first part (of whom Grantor
s is the survivor) their heirs, executors, administrators
or assigns. Provided above does not apply to a guest ~
