THIS WARRANTY DEED, Made the day of January,A.D.
1968, by JAMES T. O'CONNOR and EVELYN M.O'CONNOR, his wife, here-
inafter called Gr~ntors, to VINCENT S. KITCHELL and OLIVE H.
~ITCHELL, whose post office address is 1411 Sunken Road,
Fredericksburg, Virginia, hereinafter called Grantees:
W I T N E S S E T H: That the Grantors, for and in
consideration of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considera-
tions, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant,
bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto
the Grantees, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County,
Florida, viz:
STAiE Of FtORIDA Lots numbered 6 and 7, Block numbered 48, Unit
DOCUMENTARY numbered 5, Lakewood Park, St. Lucie County, Florida,
- SURTAX being the same real estate which was conveyed to the
Grantors by deed of Lake Indrio Corporation dated
~ April 13, 1957, of record in the Clerk's Office of
the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida in
p ~ OF FIORIDA Deed Book 231 at pages 270-271. This conveyance is ,
