SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGES
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, NORMA E. PADRICK
(a/k/a Norma J. Padrick), the owner and holder of mortgages described
as follow s:
. (1) Mortgage from Hewitt P. Burney, L.S. Blanton and Lloyd
Jeffers, as and constituting the Board of Trustees of the Park-
r view Baptist Church dated August 15, 1959, recorded in Mort-
gage Book 158, page 693, securing rn~ primissory note in the
original sum of $7, 000. 00.
(2) Mortgage from Parkview Baptist Church of Fort Pierce, Inc.
~ dated December 27, 1960, recorded in Official Record Book 149,
page 108, securing one promissory note in the original sum of
$8, 000. 00; and
(3) 11rlortgage from Parkview Baptist Church, Inc, dated May 31,
~1966, recorded in O. R. Book 163, page 346, securing one pro-
missory note in the original sum of $7, 822. 78
the above described mortgages encumbering real property situate in St.
Lucie County, Florida, described as follows:
Lots 8, 9 and the N 2 of Lot 10 of Block 6, PINEWOOD
SUBDIVISION, according to a plat thereof on file in Plat
Book 5, at page 24, of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
