THIS DEED made the ?th day of February, A. D. 1968, by
BERNARL B. ROSIEr'i, W. B. RODDENBERRY, HEWITT P~ BURNEY,
RICHARD HAYES, J. F~ DODD, M. A. TURNER, L, S. BLANTON, and
LLOYD JEFFERS as and constituting the Trustees of PARKVIEV4` BAPTIST
CHURCH of Fort Pierce, Florida, parties of the first part, to PARKVIEW
BAPTI5T CHURCH OF FORT PIERCE, INC. , a Florida corporation with
mailing address at 405 Hayes Road, Fort Pierce, Florida, party of the
second part:
WITNESSETH: That the parties of the first part, for and in con-
sideration of the sum of $10. 00 and other valuable considerations, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, re-
mise, release, convey and confirm unto the party of the second part, all
that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz;

thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever,
AND the said parties of the first part in their respective capacities
as Trustees do hereby covenant and warrant unto the party of the second part
that in all things about this conveyance they have conformed to the Constitution
and by-iaws of Parkview Baptist Church of Fort Pierce, (before and after its
incorporation), and that as such Trustees first parties have been duly au-
thorized and instructed by the membership to make this conveyance.
