RESOLLTTION OF MEMBERSHIP OF PARKVIEW BAPTIST
CHURCH OF FORT PIERCE ADOPTED AT REGULAR
MEETING HELD FEBRUARY 196
WHEREAS the membership of this Church has caused itself to become
duly incorporated under the laws of the State of Florida for the purpose of
handling its business affairs and holding title to the real property on which
the Church sanctuary and affiliate buildings are situate, which corporation
is named PARKVIEW BAPTIST CHURCH OF FORT PIERCE, INC. ; and ~
WHEREAS prior to the formal incorporation, there was acquired for ~
and on behalf of this Church Lots 6, 7 and 8 of Block 6 of Pinewood Subdivision

in the City of Fcrt Pierce, Florida, by respective deeds to certain therein
named individuals "as and constituting the Trustees' of this Church, the said
Trustees being duly elected by the membership of this Church to their trust
~ positions with full power to hold, convey and mortgage said real property
subject to the direction of the Church membership; and
WHEREAS through oversight at the time of incorporation as afore-

said, no action was taken by this membership to direct its Trustees to make
due and proper conveyance of the real property by them held in trust, to the
i corporate body;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the membership of Park-
view Baptist Church of Fort Pierce at its regular meeting held in the Church
sanctuary in the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, on the ?th day of February, ~
