That HALSEY & GRIFFITH, INC. A Corporation, whose address is 313

at a rental of $ 24•`~r month, for a term of 20 months, the first ~
pavment to be made on the 28 da~ of Feb. , 19 68, and a like sum
thereafter on the same day cf each eucceeding month. ~
The conditions of the lease are: ~
1) That Lessee shall pay said rental promptly as it becomes due. }
2) That Lessee shall use said rental property in a normal ~
manner and keep the same in good condition and repair it at all a
times, ordinary wear and tear alone excepted, and Lessor shall ~
have access at any reasonable time for the purpose of inspecting -
said roperty. '
3~ This lease cannot be assigned or the property sublet =

without written consent of Lessor. ;
4) Lessee agrees that he (she, it or they) shall be regponsible t
for any and all loss or damage by fire, wind or other casualty.
5) Lessee agrees to keep the property in St Lucie County,
Florida, at the following address 205 Ave C Ft Pierce ,
and not to remove the same without written notice to Lessor of ~
the new location for the leased property.
Failure to pay any installment of rent when due or failure ~
to keep and perform either i~;ems (2) to (5), inclusive, aforesaid,
shall constitute a breach of this contract and Lessee agrees in
case of such ~reach to immediately turn over peacably to Lessor m ~e~
the leased property. ~ ~
Lessee shall have an option to purchase the leased pr rty,~' ~ r=
at an~r time after paying at least 6 monthly payments on t~ 1e83e ,:;~o ~
provided all payments have been made when due and all covex~nts ~ m D ~
