THIS INDENTURE, made the 28th day of February, 1968,
by CHESTER B. GRIFFIN, as Executor of the Estate of Charles
L. Clark, deceased, GRAN'POR, and DANIEL R. HARBOLT and
PATRI~IA HARBOLT, his wife, whose mailing address is 1131
Hernando Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, GRANTEES:
' WITNESSETH, That:
WHEREAS, Charles L. Clark, late of the County of St.
Lucie and State of Florida, deceased, in his lifetime made
and executed his Last Will and Testament dated the 20th day
of February, 1967, whereby, among other things, he consti-
tuted and appointed CHESTER B. GRIFFIN, as Executor of his
Last Will and Testament, and did thereby empower said Execu-
tor to sell and dispose of the real estate belonging to said
testator at the time of his death; said Will was admitted
to probate on the 21st day of March, 1967, by the County
Judge's Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida; and,
NOW, TI~REFORE, the said Grantor, by virtue of the
gower and authority given to him in and by said Last Will ;
and Testament and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars '

($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations, does ;
hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said DANIEL ;
R. HARBOLT and PATRICIA HARBOLT, his wife, and their assigns
forever, all the real estate being in St. Lucie County,
Florida, described as follows:
Lot 20, of Block 3, of TROPICAL BEACH SUB-
DIVISION, as per plat thereof on file in
Plat Book 10, at page 9, of the public re-

cords of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all the
hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in any-
wise appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest,
claim and demand whatsoever which the said decedent had at
the time of his death to the said Grantees and their assigns
forever. '
IN WITNESS WI~REOF, the said Grantor has executed
this Deed the day and year first above written. -
