Personally appeared before me, FR.ANCIS L. PADRIC~, who
being by me firat duly eworn, dcposes and $ays that she is a
realdent of Ft. Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, and has been
a reaident of St. Lucie County for over 20 yeare; that affiant
was peraonally acqusinted with LONZY I,EVI HAGGARD, sometimea known
as Z. L. HAGGARD, sometimes known aa ZONZY I,. HAGGARD, and sometimee
kno~vn aa LE`TI HAGGARD; and affiant further $ays:
1. That the said LONZY I~EVI HAGGARD , at the time of
his death on December 2, ~965 Rae married to ADA L. HAGGARD.
2. That the L. I+. HAGGARD referred to in that aertain
Articlea of Agreement between H. B. WAI~KER and VIRGINIA M. WALKER
hia wife, to L. L. HAGGARD, dated Aovember 24, 1954 and recorded
June 24, 1955 in Deed Book 202 at page 453 of the public records
of St. Zucie County, Florida; and the ZONZY Z. HAGGARD referred
to in that Qertain Quit Claim Deed from Frnd F. Adams and Dorris
D. Adams, to LONZY Z. HAGGARD and ADA L. IiAGGARD, his wife,
da~ad Idarch 10th, ~965 and recorded April 12th, 1965 in OR Book
11~ at page 280 of the publia records of St. Zucie County, Florida,
are one and the asme person. '
3. That the said L. I,. HAGGARD and LONZY Z. HAGGARD
referred to in paragraph 2 above are one and the same person as
the LONZY LEVI HAGGARD recited in that certain Death Certificate
dated December 3, ~965 8nd recorded Yarch 8th, 1966 in OR Book
140 at page 121 of the public recorda of St. Zucie County, Florida.
4. That Yurther affiant sayeth not.
