MASTER'S DEED ~

THIS INDENTURE, Executed the day of February, 1968,
between L. A. O'LAUGI~,IN as SPECIAL MASTER, of the first part,
and JAMES O. NELSON, of the second part:
W~REAS, the Circuit Court of the State of Florida, in and for ~
the County of St. Lucie, on the thirteenth day of September, 1967, '
among other things ordered, adjudged and decreed, in a certain cause
then pending in the said Court, between CARL CARLTON and HA.RRY NELSON, ~
Complainants, and LOUISE C. WHITICE; J. W. NSLSON and DELLA NELSON,
His Wife; JAMES O. NELSON; SAR,A,~i NELSON VOGEL; HENRY_F. OLMSTEAD,
also known as HARRY OLMSTEAD and LELA OLMSTEAD, His Wife; SALLY SUE
SIMS, a minor; ALICE ELI2AEETH TURNER as Guardian of the Estate of

SALLY SUE SIMS, defendants, that the premises hereinafter particularly §
described, be sold at public auction, pursuant to due notice of the
time and place of sale, as directed by said Court's orders and decrees
in said cause.
AND WHEREAS, the said Special Master, pursuant to and in compliance

with the orders and decrees of the said Court did, on the eleventh
day of October, 1967, sell at public auction the said premises, and
at said sale the said mortgaged premises were sold to the said party
of the second part for the sum of ONE HUNDRED ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS,

~ one-third cash and the balance secured by a mortgage, that being the
~ highest sum bid for the same.
t NOW, THEREFORE, Z4~iIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH; That the said Special

~ ~ Master in order to carry into effect the said sale so made as afore-
~ ~
~ said, in pursuance of-the orders and decrees of the said Court, in

~ consideration of the premises, and of the sum as hereinbefore set forth

~ paid by the party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby

~ acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold, and by these presents ~

# does grant, bargain and sell, alien, release, convey and confirm unto

_ the said party of the second part, and to his heirs, successors and
assigns forever, the certain parcels of land in the County of St.
Lucie, State of Florida, described as follows:
~ PARCEL 1. Lot 8, Block 2, Carlton's Addition to Fort Pierce,
Florida, per Plat Book 1, pages 167-168, of the Public Records
'Y' of St. Lucie County, Florida. ;
