This deed is qiven subject to any road right of ways,
drainage easements, zoning requiations or other ease-
ments that may be in force and effect. This deed. is
also given subject to 1962 taxes.
and covenant that the property is free of all encumbrances, that lawful sei-
sin of and good right to convey that property are vested in the Grantors and
that the Grantors hereby fully warrant the title to said land and will defend
the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
