Before me the undersigned authority, duly authorized to ;

administer oaths and take acknowledgments, personally appeared ~

ANN W. TAYLOR ERRETT, who, after being by me first duly sworn, j
upon oath says: That my name is ANN W. TAYLOR ERRETT; that af-
fiant was employed by the law firm of Willes, Bittan & Griffin
on the lOth day of January, 1964, and at that time her name was
ANN W. TAYLOR; affiant further states that she took the~acknow-
ledgment of Raymond Lagace and Pierrette Lagace, his wife, on the
lOth day of January, 1964, to a Warranty Deed wher~in Forget
Groves Company, a partnership, was Grantee, which deed was re-
corded on the 20th day of January, 1964, in Official Record Book
79, at page 244, of the pub].ic records of St. Lucie County,
Florida. Affiant further states that in taking such~acknowledg-
ment as a duly authorized notary public in the State of Florida
and County of St. Lucie, she inadvertently omitted inserting the
county in which the acknowledgment was taken. Affiant further ~

states that the purpose of this Affidavit is to confirm the fact
that the acknowledgment of Raymond Lagace and Pierrette Lagace
to the above-mentioned deed was taken by affiant on January 10,
1964,~in St. Lucie County, Florida.
