administer oaths and take acknowledgments, personally appeared
ROGER POITRAS, who, after being by me first duly sworn, upon
oath says: That my name is ROGER POITRAS; that Affiant is
one of the Co-Partners in FORGET GROVES COMPANY, a partnership,
which consisted of the following individuals on the 6th day
of June, 1963, and the same individuals constitu~e all o~ the
partners of said partnership from said date to the date of
