THIS wfARRAN'PY DEED, made the 20th day of February,
A. D. 1968, by ARMANDE FORGET, a widow and surviving spouse
of Conrad Forget, deceased, ROGER POITRAS and JANINE C.
POITRAS his wife, LOUIS C. F~RGET and JOAN H. FORGET, his
wife, RAYMOND LAGACE and PIERRSTTS LAGACE; his wife, JOHN
C. FORGET and GWEN FORGET, his wife, and GERALD DUROCI~R
and TI~:RESA DUROCHER, his wife, doing business as FORGET
GROVES COMPANY, a Partnership, hereinafter called the Grantor,
to WAL7~ACE H. HAUPT
whose post office address is: 1 Woodside Drive, Jeannette,
Pennsylvania 15644, hereinafter called the Grantee:

WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in considera-
tion of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bar-
gains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms
unto the Grantee, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie

County, Florida, to wit: ~

ing Easterly and Southerly of Eleven Mile
Creek.
TOGETF~R, with all the tenements, hereditaments and

~ that the Grantor is lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; s
~ that the Grantor has good right and lawful authority to sell
~ and convey said land; that the Grantor hereby fully warrants
~ the title to said land and will defend the same against the
~ lawful claims of all persons whomsoever; and that said land
~ is free of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent ~
~ to December 31, 1967.
