KNOW ALL MEN 6Y THESE PRESENTS, that the undersigrted Mortgagors hereby correct
that ce~tain Mortgage, recorded in 0. R. Book 170, at Page 2024 , of the Public
Records of St. lucie County, said Mortgage being dated February 26, 1968 ,
in the original amount of $15,800.00 , and being Loan No. 760 , which legal
description was defect~ve and is hereby corrected as follows:
7he Earsterly 300 feet of Lot 83 of MARAVtILA SUBDIVISION,
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 4, at Page 68,
and Plat Book 7, at page 31 of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, and more particuiariy described
as foilows;
Beginning at ihe Southeast cor~er of said Lot 83, thence
run West along the South line thereof 300 feet; thence
Northeasterly parallel with Fairway Drive 115.4 feet more
~ or less to the North li~e of Lot 83; thence Easterly along
said No~th line 300 feet to the West line of Fairway Drive;
thence Southwesterly along the West line of Fain~vay Drive
to tF~e point of beginning.
AND the above described Mortgage with Citizens Federal Savings and Loan Association
of St. Lucie County is hereby corrected as set out herein above.
