hereinafter called the mortgagor, to
HELEN C. MEADOR
hereinafter called the mortgagee:

and "mortgagee" include all the parties to
this instrument and the heirs, legal repre-
sentatives and assigns of individuals, and
the successors and assigns of corporations;
and the term "note" includes all the notes
herein described if more than one.)
WITNffiSETH, that for good and valuable considerations,
and also in consideration of the aggregate sum named in the
promissory note of even date herewith, h~reinafter described, ~
the mortgagor hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, '
conveys and confirms unto the mortgagee all the certain land
of which mortgagor is now seized and in possession situate in
St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
I PARCEL ONE:
Beginning at the SE corner of the NE'~ of the SW~
of Section 33, Township 35 South, Range 39 East;
thence run West with and parallel to the South
line of said NE~ of the SW~, 840 feet, more or
less, to the center of Eleven Mile Creek; thence
Northeasterly with the meanderings of said Eleven ~
Mile Creek to the North line of the NE~ of the SW~;
thence East with and parallel to said North line
250 feet, more or less, to the NE corner of said
NE'~ of the SW'~; thence South 1310 feet, more or -
less, to the SE corner of NE'~ of the SW~ to the
place of beginning, containing 16'~ acres, more 1

to Charles T. McCarty and Daniel T. McCarty by
