KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,_That ERWIN FERSCH~ the
Lienor and holder of a certain Claim of Lien filed by ERWIN
FERSCH, the Lienor~ against LILLIAN E. MURRAY, sworn to January
17, 1967 and recorded in Official Records Book 164, Page 712,
in the Ofiice of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie
County, State of Florida, claiming a lien in the sum of 5702.08,
upon the following described real property, lying and being in
St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 18, Block 10, Replat of a portion of South
Port St. Lucie, Unit 2, as shown in Plat Book
12, Page 3, Official Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, also known as 3108 Overbrook Drive, South
