KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That CLIMATROL FLORIDA
CORPORATION, the Lienor and holder of a certain Claim of Lien
filed by CLIMATROL FLORIDA CORPORATION, the Lienor, against MRS.
.Ey G. MURRAY, 3108 Overbrook Drive, St. Lucie Golf and Villas,
Stuart, Flori~a, bearing date the 9th day of February, 1967, and
recorded in Official Records Book 164~ at Page 1674, in the Office
of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, State of
Florida, claiming a lien in the sum of 5780.13, upon the following
described real property, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida,
to wit:
