THIS QUIT-CL~1IM DEED, Executed this ~r~ day of February,
A.D, 1968, by NATHAN ZELMENOVITZ and ETHEL ZELMENOVITZ, his wife,
and ELLIS M. MESERVE and FAITH MESERVE, his wife, and NATHAN
ZELMENOVITZ and ELLIS M. MES~RVE, being a majority of the sur-
vivors of the last Board of Directors of Pine Land Company, a
dissolved corporation, first party, to O,L. PEACOCK and
MILDRED VARE PEACOCK, his wife, whose postoffice address i~
Post Office Box 286, Fort Pierce, Florida, second party:
(Wherever used herein the terms "first party " and "second
party" shall include singular and plural, heirs, legal
representatives, and assigns of individuals, and the suc-
cessors and assigns of corporations, ~vherever the context
so admits or requires.)
h'ITNESSETH, That the said first part.y, for and in consideration
of thz su-n of Ten Dollars ($10.00) in hand paid by the said
second party, the receipt whereof is hereby acknotivledged, does :
hereby remise, release and quit-claim unto the said second party ~

f orever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which ~
the said f irst party has in and to the following described lot,
piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, as described and set f orth on
the attachment marked "Schedule No. 1," attached hereto and thereby
made a part hereof as though fully set forth herein.
TU HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular
the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anytivise appertaining,
and all the estate, right, title, interest, lien, equity and claim
whatsoever of the said first party, either in la~v or equity, to
the only proper use, benefit and behoof ~f the said second party
forever.
