Bef ore me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
ELLIS M. MESERVE, who upon being f irst duly sworn stated and said:
That he is Ellis I~i, bteserve and that he, together ~vith
Nathan Zelmenovitz are and constitute a majority ~f the survivors
of the last Boar~ of Directors of Pine Land Company, a dissolved
- corporation, and are duly qualified to act as Trustees of said
dissolved corporation, and that he and the said Nathan Zelmenovitz
executed the Quit-Claim Deed is appended hereto and that he and
the said Nathan Zelmenovitz, as a majority of said Trustees,
are duly qualified to act as such Trustees, and that they con-
stitute a maj~rity of the Trustees no~v existing.
