KNOW ALL ME~I BY THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings a~d Loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corpo~ation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owne~ of a certain mortgage give~ by W. A. Palmer and Louise
PalmeY, his wife, dated March 16, 19 56 , and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in M'TG~ Book 125 on page
41 , securing the payment of the sum of Four Thousand and no/100----------------------
--------------------------------------------------------------Dollars (S 4~~.00 )
covering property in the County of St.. Lueie , Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebteuness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage a~d release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the pren~ises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid Couniy to
cancel the same of record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said First Federal Savings and Loan Associaton of Fort Pierce has caused these presertits to be
subscribed in its mrporate name by its Assistant Vice President ~
