AGREEMENT FOR FUTURE PAVING - ;
CONTRACT
~IIS AGREEMENT entered into by and between the City of Fort Pierce,
Florida, a municipal corporation, by and through its City Manager.
attested to by its City Clerk, hereinafter caZled party of *_he first
part and DONALD E. JACOBSON, 2301 Oak Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida,
the subdivider and owner, hereinafter called party of the second part,
the party of the second part being the owner and subdivider of that
proposed resubdivision of the West part of Lot 40, MARAVI;.LA fARDENS,
UNIT 1, does hereby agree for himself, his heirs or assigns, that for
and in consideration of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, accepting
the plat of the resubdivision of the West part of Lot 40, MARAqILLA
GARDENS, UNIT 1, in the City of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie C~unty, Florida,
that upon such time the abutting street or streets are included in an
i.mprovement program for the paving of same, the owner, his heirs or

assigns hereby agrees to pay for the cost of paving and concrete curb ~
and gutter and storm sewer installation for all of the 16 foot street
abutting upon the subject property. Said 16 foot street being one-half ~
' of the width of the proposec~ 32 foot wide street.

~ Payment for said improvement shall be made to the City of Fort
Pierce, Florida in the noYmal and customary manner fmr the payment of
paving improvements at the time such improvements are completed.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have executed this Agree.~ae~t
