AFFIDAVIT
STA1E OF FLORIDA, COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE:
On this day personally appeared before me RUPERT N. KOBLEGARD,
JR., who, being by me first duly swo rn, deposes and says that he was
individual who was Secretary of the Security Realty Corporation, a
corporation e~dsting under the laws of the State of Florida, and which
was the corporation which deeded the following described property to
Truemen Fertilizer Company:
Lots 1 to 11 inclusive, af KOBLEGARD'S SUBDIVISION,
of part of Lot 3, of Section 21, Township 34 South,
Range 40 East, as per plat thereof on file 3.n Plat
Book l, at page 22, of the public records of St.
, Lucie County, Florida;
that said corporation was dissolved and is not now in existence; that
the sole stockholders of the corporation at the time of dissolution were
Rupert N. Koblegard, Rupert N. Koblegard, Jr., and Ruhl W. Koblegard, Sr.
Affiant further states that Rupert N, Koblegard and Ruhl W. Koblegard,
Sr., are deceased. Your Affiant further states that he, Mrs. Ruhl
W. Koblegard, Sr., Ruhl W. Koblegard, Jr., and Frances K. Harcus are
- the only heirs of the aforementioned parties.
