poles, guy stubs, guy wires and anchors for electric transmission and distribution lines
and the necessary appurtenances for such lines, and the right to perinit the attachment of
conduits, wires or cables of any other Company or person; a,lso, the right to cut, trim
and keep clear alltrees, brush and undergrowththat mightendangertheproper construc- ~
tion, operation and maintenance of said lines, on my our property described as follows: ~
The West 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 22,
Tawnship 36 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida,
lying east of the East right of way of U. S. Highway #1.
One anchor located approximately 54 feet south of the North
line and 27 feet east of the West line, with a guy wire

extending fran said anchor west to the West line.
