Corporation, Inc., a dissolved Florida Corporation, at the time of
its dissolution and as such as Trustees of the property of such
dissolved corporation for the benefit of stockholders, parties of the
LATWAITIS, his wife
first part, and THEODORE R. LATWAITIS and DOROTHY E. , Part'les of

WITNESSETH: That the said parties of the first part, for and
in consideration of the sum of Ten (~10.00) Dollars and other valuable
