KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal S~vings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, ihe owne~ of a certain mortgage given by Quincey Barr and Helen
Barr, his wife, dated July 19, 1962 , and recorded
in the public records of St . Luc ie County, Florida, in O. R. Book 41 on page
270 , securing the payment of the sum of Four Thousand Five Hundred and no/100--------

covering property in the County of St . Luc ie , Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebteuness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and ciath hereby i
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby di~ect the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforessid County to
cancel the same of recorcl.
